My Account
  • Yes, it is a reoccurring charge. To discontinue billing, go to "My Account" (top right corner) and look for "Drop a Student". This MUST be done on or before the 27th of the month prior to the start of the next month, or you will be billed for the next month.

  • Visit swimphi.com/shop to see our goggles and equipment recommendations.

  • Both swimmers will be charged the full monthly fee; if one of them cannot attend, no credits or makeups will be provided.

  • Ideally, less fabric is better to reduce drag and slow down swimmers. We recommend Jammers for boy swimmers. Visit swimphi.com/shop to see our swimsuit and equipment recommendations.

  • It isn't mandatory, but a swim cap is recommended for children with long hair.

  • Sorry, we are unable to save time slots due to high demand and limited supply. You can only enroll in a class up to 7 days in advance. For members who really want to save the class time, enroll (you will be charged) and register an absence until you can start.

  • Yes. If they have symptoms, they are not allowed to work. If they contract Covid, they need a negative test before returning to work.

  • If your child is cold in the water, we strongly encourage them to use a wetsuit. A wetsuit will not only keep them warm while swimming, but it will also increase their buoyancy and make them more efficient swimmers. Additionally, wearing a wetsuit can help build confidence as they become more comfortable in the water. However, for older swimmers enrolled in our advanced classes we do not recommend using a wetsuit as this could limit mobility and may lead to chaffing or other irritations of the skin. Parents who swim with us have previously purchased Speedo and Cressi wetsuits.

  • Our accountant advised us not to give out our EIN Tax number.

  • You only get one makeup token per month.

  • No. See our Vacation Policy.

  • Visit My Account and Drop a student section. Once you opt out of recurring billing you will be giving up your class.

  • Our program is in high demand. Subscribe to our wait list and we'll notify you when classes open up. Also have a look at one of our other locations.

  • We run classes all year.

  • Yes, but they can’t swim in the pool next to the lesson.

  • Swimming lessons are 30 minutes.

  • Yes.
